ABI MONTROSE 28X10 Renovated (offsite sale currently sited in Hemsby, Norfolk) Thousands spent on renovation..buyer will need to arrange pickupHere is the static caravan that I have owned since 2019 since then lots of work has been carried out, most of the internal walls have been plasterboard covered and papered with fibrous damp resistant lining paper and professionally painted with smooth exterior paint. it stays very dry in the winter and is there no dampness on the walls. the bathroom has plastic cladding and the white walls are plasterboard and painted. Lino flooring throughout. Last year there was electrical work carried out there are new led spotlights in the kitchen area and wall lights in the lounge. the caravan will come with a long electrical certificate and currently has a gas certificate. There is a new water heater in the kitchen area.Zanussi washing machinePlug-in Electrical Heating.Air purifier in the lounge.sofas were replaced last year.The Double room has a double divan bed, two years old.The smaller room has a small double-size sofa bed with a new mattress on top.Tv Not included.The decking is not included and also it is not in good condition.The fridge is a couple of years old but in good condition, same as the electric oven and gas hob.
