Thisbeautiful static caravan is a ABI Arizona 2004 model and has 3 bedrooms (8berth) It is in very good condition.
The caravanis 35` x 10` and comes with 3 bedrooms (one double and two twin single beds).It’s in excellent condition and ideal for a young or big family. The livingarea of the caravan is open plan and has a large corner-sofa (with a pull-out doublebed), a recently checked gas boiler, a gas fire, TV connection, and lots offloor-space. The kitchen comes with a 4-hob gas cooker, double oven, and amatching dining area with seating for 6 people.
The caravanhas three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, a wardrobe, overheadcabinets and bedside cabinets. The guest rooms are twin singles with cabinets.The master bedroom could be converted to a bigger room by adding one of theguest rooms, if you’d want. Finally, there is a lovely family washroom with a nice shower cabin, a toilet, washingbasin and medicine cabinet.
Our reasonfor purchasing, was as a temporary living space while we build a summer house /home, but since we had more time due to the lockdown, we’ve made enoughprogress for us to not require the static.
This can be viewed during anytime of the day, and is turn key, ready to go and be enjoyed.
