It’s 33 ft long and 12 ft wide. It has 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and dining area. I’ve got the keys and it does lock.Its an ABI TiffanyThe previous owner disconnected the water heater as he says it hadn’t been used or serviced in years so he didn’t want any one coming to harm. There is no rain getting in. Some of the internal cupboards have been removed along with the fitted lounge suite.
