Abi Horizon Exclusive 3 bed 36×12 static caravanWe bought the caravan brand new from Bourne leisure in 2016.Its in very good condition for its age and everything works as it should.The gas water heater and all the electrics have been correctly tested every year so no issues there.Ive added some additional LED lighting over the cooker and behind the TV unit to brighten it up a bit.Ive also added a few extra sockets as there are never enough in a caravan.The caravan has a gas fire in the lounge and electric heating in the bedrooms.It has one double bedroom and 2 twin rooms and the sofa in the lounge folds out into another double.It has a main bathroom with shower, basin and w/c and there is another separate w/c and basin.It has a gas cooker, hob,fridge and microwave.The lounge has a table with plenty of seating and L shaped seating around the walls.We are only selling it as we have a new caravan so this one has to go.Its sited on church farm in Pagham and can be left on its current plot if the buyer wishes to take it over.Otherwise we can arrange for the caravan to be disconnected and moved to the entrance for the buyer to arrange their own collection at their cost.We’ve had many great holidays in it and im sure the new owner will enjoy it for years to come.Any viewings welcome we live 5 minutes from the site so can show you round.Bank transfer…
