We are reluctantly selling our gorgeous ‘Bluebird’ (retro 1980 Abi Monza) caravan, due to her now needing a little love and time spent on her and us not having that time while our family is growing.Bluebird was lovingly restored in 2011 (see blog here http://boxoftrix.blogspot.com/2011/07/monza-madness.html?m=1)Since then we have loved her and put our own touches to her. This special little caravan has been on many wonderful adventures with us year after year and is now ready to bring joy to her next family!Bluebird would be a wonderful project for someone to work on in the lead up to next summer. We have just been away in her to West Bay for a week and she is warm and dry and in great working order for a perfect break away from it all, all year round. However, Bluebird will need some new seals or tlc soon, to keep her in good condition. There are some signs of wear and tear and a little anti damp treatment needed, to be expected for a van of this age. Bluebird will need a new coat of exterior caravan paint soon and the last two collage pics of the van show where the wallpaper needs replacing due to some damp/ condensation which has caused it to peel etc. There is also a crack in one of the windows (see pics), a few fittings that need replacing and the door needs some attention and a new internal handle.
