Happy bidding on our lovely vintage Abi Marauder. This is a classic touring caravan. It belies its age with various bumps, scrapes and cracks but the overall van is sound and dry and tows well. We’ve had it for 10+ years and many happy holidays and festivals. The gas and electric all work through the mains and, though it might need changing, there is a leisure battery. The water pump doesn’t work but can cheaply be replaced. The van includes a two ring gas hob, grill and oven, a gas heater and two double electricity plug sockets. The gas hasn’t been checked for some time though there is a carbon monoxide detector. We haven’t really used the gas heater much in the last few years. There’s a porta potty in the loo. We are throwing in a canvas and metal pole frame awning which, though not specifically for this caravan fits on the side and doubles your space. The caravan also comes with a hitch lock, water butt and water outlet tank. There is also a long electric lead for hook up and gas bottle. The two bench and table seating areas convert into two beds and we comfortably slept two adults and two growing children on many trips. It could do with some TLC but without much effort it could be beautiful. However this gem of a van can be hitched up and taken off for an adventure just as it is.
