We purchased this Caravan in 2017 for £900 for the sole purpose of living space for our daughter!So the caravan has been static in one place for this time.When purchased we had it inspected for the electrics and gas which were found to be fine though we had to install a new electric charger for the caravan battery.The front of the caravan converts to a double bed and there is a single at the other with also a pull out bunk.The Fridge runs on electric & gas and has a small freezer compartmentThe heater runs on gas as does the hob & oven(oven needs a little tlc!).Has Hot & Cold water with wash room with toilet and shower.The toilet/shower has never been used due to restricted outside access to side of caravan.It also comes with a full awning that has been stored in our loft since purchase so never removed from carry case or installed.Now our daughter as moved out is the reason for sale though there are a few cosmetic items that need looking at broken hinges/bed slats etc.. so would suit someone who like to repair and do things up so listing spares or repair.This will be a sold as seen item and collection only, should you need any further information please let me know.Caravan is approx 17feet by 7feet and is still generally a nice caravan that just needs some tlc.
