Dalesman caravan for spares or repair ,52 meters long No damp issues Used up to last weekend stored over winter . Selling due to small fire last Saturday, underneath the caravan repairable for competent person . I would do it myself but I really don’t have the time . Photograph shows the full extent of the fire which only lasted two or three minutes before being put out . As you can see board needs covering and electrics need attention . The gas fire has been damaged and it could do with a new oven as the old oven door has been broken . I have sourced an oven for £60 on eBay easily replaceable . Inside the caravan there is no fire damage whatsoever it is clean. The windows have all got curtains,, retractable fly screens and blackout blinds. See photographs . There are three rooflights one of these was replaced last summer each has fly screens and retractable blinds . There is a 2 inch crack in the back window but it is negligible . The seats at the front and back can be made into two double beds. The back of the caravan can be divided as the photographs show by the sliding door . There is no damp and it is a good sound caravan apart from the minor damage which I have highlighted . The outside is in good clean condition.
