This Caravan is ideal as a spare room/kids room/ garden room.We bought this caravan in 2019, removed the bathroom, and modified the inside, to make a fixed kingsize bed and small seating area. New work top & sink in place. We took half the wardrobe out and made it into shelving. New electrics, and lighting. Some tongue and groove in Farrow & Ball Paint, and black out blinds from Dunelm. New Lino flooring also. Used as a spare room for our friends and family, but no longer required. Mattress, Heater, tv/dvd, lighting, shelving, blinds , fridge, included.
