Owned by my self for ten years but only used four times It does need the wood replacing at the front and side of the front windows ,front window has misted up slightly one window frame needs replacing I have removed the old frame .It seams not to expensive to do but time consuming which I have not got and I have no intention of caravanning see photographsOther small jobs:Battery replacementA few window staysone window catchFront offside jack leg wines down but will not lock upFront outside locker needs attention (possible catch)It does have dents and scratch’s on the bodyEntrance to the caravan the floor has slight flexing but not rottenFront of caravan does make up to a very large comfortable 3 berth bedRear of caravan makes up to a bunkbedThe wc area I would describe as a wet room with a sink, shower and porta pottyKitchen has a full cooker fitted and a new fridge freezer fitted about 7years ago. three way 12v 240v gasGas fire fitted and gas powered water heater all workingSpare wheelTows very well It is an old caravan but after the repairs it will make a very good caravanPLEASE NOTE NO RESERVE CASH ONLY ON COLLECTION FROM STOKE ON TRENT
