Caravan / Site Office / Storage. Collection only from Ramsgate. The caravan is an Abi Monza. It has been used as an office and for storage on a building site for the last 12 months. Prior to that it was a mobile printing shop, hence the interesting graphics!Interior has a simple plywood desk and shelving. There is no cooker, fridge or any other original fittings. Please note the microwave in the photos is not included. Electrical connection is by a standard 3 pin plug or 240v IP outdoor connection to connect to mains. Inside electrics include several 240v sockets and two led lights, all operated from a consumer unit. Length including hitch 5.5m, height 2.4m, width 2m.I towed it approximately 10 miles to our site a year ago and it towed well. There are a couple of minor water leaks along the corner seems, which could be sorted out with some sealant if necessary, but they never caused us a problem. We have finished our project and need the caravan gone ASAP to carry out resurfacing works. Please only bid if you are in a position to take it away immediately the auction ends. We have started the auction at £10 to cover the ebay fees and don’t have time for tyre kickers. The lighting board is included, but has not been tested recently.
