Caravan Project.We have had some lovely family holidays in this caravan for the last 12 years .Our family has now grown up and we have work commitments and unable to make use of the caravan any more .It is kept in secure storage ,that is really reasonably priced near to our favourite beach in Wittering near Chichester The caravan has age related issues and on our last visit we noticed the windows need filling around the edges of the frame although the plastic outside windows do overlap the gap at the moment,the tyres need pumping and would suit someone good with DIY.It has a trailer board for stability of the exterior lighting when towing .It has a seating area at the front that turns into a double bed and another seating area by the kitchen that turns into bunk beds .There is a changing area and wardrobes and a toilet and shower that we have never used as we use the campsite facilities. We haven’t used the caravan for camping since the summer before lockdown and needs vacuuming and wiping down.It has a flatscreen TV, Ikea table and chairs for outside dining and camping armchairs , windbreaker,microwave ,TV, aerial and fridge /freezer electric kettle, toaster, plates ,cutlery, fire blanket, smoke alarm 2 gas bottles, lock etc
