I am selling my 2 berth ABI Equerry which I have used for the last 2 years while working on a road crew (I have lived in this for 8 months in that time). It has a few issues which I will try to list below but for a project it is a great starting point and has served me well.Work needed- Most window struts and latches- Trim around caravan- Battery compartment catch needs replacing (taped up on my pictures)- Has previously had damp so some woodwork has swollen at the base and the back wall should be replaced, just to be cautious the joints at the back should be resealed- The front left window seal needs replacing- The skylight is loose and needs to be resealed- The bathroom sink neess to be reinstalled (I have it to go with the caravan)This is what I can think of although I cannot guarantee that is everything. On the plus side, it has had the electrics checked, it has a solar charging system installed, it is dry whatever the weather. I am also chucking in the awning if you want it although it is not in great condition.You are bidding to buy the caravan, not kick the tyres.
