Caravan was purchased a year ago as a family project, but have bit off more than we can chew. There is exterior damage to the front left hand side, which was there when we got it, there is a roll of sheet metal included to fix it which came when we got the caravan. There is only a hob as the other white goods were removed due to their poor condition and age as was the toilet and sink. No signs or smell of damp, but if using to restore would recommend a habitation test down the line. When we purchased was told it would need two new wheels, we had no plans to move it until the project was finished but there is a garage 5 minutes from the plot.Must be able to collect and tow from Deal, Kent. We both work full-time qnd have young children, so please no time wasters. Feel free to message for any other details etc
