Date cica 1990?For restoration or a site office, etc. Low starting price.I know little about this as I’m selling for the estate of my later brother and haven’t time to check it out as we have to clear the premises. Also I have no way of towing it.Please study photos for condition. Outside doesn’t seem too bad and tyres seem good. Inside needs re-flooring and some woodwork repairing/replacing. Two skylights are broken, one had let some rain in and spoilt the mattress (now disposed of) in the main bedroom area.
