4 birth ABI caravan with awning. Needs some TLC. Needs new locks as lost the keys. Needs a sky light in bathroom. Bit of a soft spot on the floor as you walk through the door, not bad though. Everything works as it should. Still livable. Little bit of soft spot around front window. Outside needs a good clean. Tows really well. Got manual and paper work with it.
