Re-listed due to bidder not paying. We bought this to use as a home office. Everything was working when purchased i.e, gas and electrics but I have only used the electricity and the fridge via a mains cable since purchase. It has never leaked water in the time that i was used as an office. It is a clean caravan with either two single beds or one large double. There is a TV point and an extractor fan and the four ring cooker with oven and separate grill is run on gas. All the window blinds are in working order. There are two gas bottles. There is a pump and an aqua roll. I don’t know if the battery works as I have only used the electrics on mains. There is an end bathroom which consists of toilet, sink, shower (none used by us) and ample wardrobe/storage/drawer space. Not sure if the tyres are any good as it has stood in the same place for several years. However, we have manually moved it recently to a different area of the property with no problem. The outside has the usual knocks expected for a 1998 caravan and there is a tow bar lock however, very rusty. It has stood empty for several months so there has been a build up of mildew around the front windows which we have tried to clean but there is staining which can’t be seen as it is behind the curtains.
