The size of the caravan is 28X10, in good condition model is Abi Vista from 2010, comes with Double glazing and central heating,( Morco boiler) both fitted in 2021, and has carpet in bedrooms and linoleum in the rest. has a gas fireplace as well The caravan has been well looked after, it comes with a microwave and a fridge, price includes a 47kg gas bottle( probably a 1/3 full now)We used it for a year while we were having building work, we put out own bed in it and kept the rest in storage so the mattresses were not used and are in good condition . There is a pull-out double bed in the living room. Will accept reasonable offers, This is a good caravan for someone that has a building project and need to move out for a while or it can be used as a guest accommodation.
