abi viceroy 4/5 berth caravan. we bought this just before covid hit and has been used in 2 locations since.1, long weekend in delamere camp site. 2, seasonal pitch in north wales. on both occasions it has served us very well as our first caravan, and everything has worked for us. also very easy to tow as its not very heavy we started to replace the flooring when we were on the seasonal pitch and havnt got round to finishing it on the edges. reason for this was a soft spot near the cooker area. not because of damp but more old age. we havnt had any damp or smells at all the whole time weve had it. for its age its in great condition. there are a few little bits here and there 2 do but nothing that will stop you using it. i would prefer viewings before bids so we can run you through it and make sure your happy. as there is no returns its an old caravan but still in great condition. we will be as honest as possible with any questions. reason for sale is ive had an injury which has made caravaning and camping not as enjoyable anymore. there are lots of extras you can have aswell to get you going. too many to list. happy bidding
