Bought this lovely van a year ago, previously had some damp round front windows that was replaced with new wood, bathroom area was also sorted after a leak on rear seam, which is now sorted and bathroom cladded, no water leaks anymore. Also had a brand new toilet sky light /vent, there’s a crack in rear side window, (pic) previous owner stuck it to seal, along with front side too. Cooker works, heating works, hot water works when last used, some lights replaced with led (above cooker and bathroom) good leisure battery, charges well too. Fridge works, floor is solid, good sturdy old van 1300kg weight, tows nice, 2 recent tyres, no spare. Moulding by front jockey wheel is cracked, would make a nice starter van for a small family, double bed at front, bunks at side. Listed with no reserve, no returns, sold as seen, cash on collection or cleared PayPal. Grab a bargain. Need collecting ASAP unless arranged with me.
