Up for grabs is my ABI Transtar touring caravan. This caravan is in bad shape HOWEVER it is liveable and perfectly useable! I am very attached to this caravan as I lived in it for a whole year, most of which was on a circus tour. I then changed over to a campervan and it’s been sat on the farm I was living on ever since (about 6 months stood now).There is damp nearly everywhere in this caravan. The floor however is surprisingly solid! The only place it physically leaks is around the front which is only under very heavy rain. There is also crash damage to the rear corner which opens in to one of the bathroom cupboards. Also the awning rail was damaged in the crash and has been partially removed.The windows etc all work but the front ones are dodgy. It’s rough all round BUT it does work! This thing was in an absolutely abysmal state when I first got it and while touring in it the Water Heater (Carver Cascade 2), Oven, Hobs, Fridge etc all worked perfect. I also fitted new taps and if memory serves the only one that’s a touch dodgy is the one on the bathroom sink. It has a faulty micro switch despite being brand new.It really isn’t perfect but it would be great for someone to strip for parts or even to live in as I did. It’s by no means perfect though with some broken hinges on cupboards…
