Good project for someone Has gloss laminate, new carpet and Lino put down. Memory foam fixed double bed mattress 4 new tyres and 2 new skylights – one skylight is covered with tarp as needs taken off and new sealant put down. Really easy job with a screw driver and decent sealant! I just ripped stuff out and Changed it a little but far from finished to how I wanted it. Put a desk in place of the toilet but still have the actual toilet in storage if the buyer wants it to build a block again. We have used it plenty as it is but someone could have a great time doing it up further. The seating area needs lots of work but still functions. It just foam that I’ve covered temporarily. I was going to put bunk beds down there with a table area. It tows great. It’s ready to go! Might be a bit mossy looking but nothing a good hose or power washer wouldn’t fix on a dry day!
