I think this is a 1994 or 1996 caravan, originally my parents, then mine, but our nest has flown and our caravan days are behind us. It is not as-new by any means – there has been some damp ingress at the front and the wood around the windows is very spongy – you will need to address this at some point. It is currently completely dry inside. But this caravan IS a project, a doer-upper, it will need some work.It sleeps 4, 2 at the front as the seats convert to a bed, and 2 at the rear, where the seats also convert – but if you are tall, the back bed is a little restricting. Great for kids though. Everything works – cooker, fridge, toilet etc, and it has a mains hookup to power it all, but the 12V battery which is a backup when no mains has had it. This was never really an issue for us as we always used hook-up pitches. The fridge will run from both gas and electric.There is a gas bottle and regulator with the caravan.There is a built in toilet / shower / bathroom – I don’t think we ever used the shower, but it works as far as I know. The toilet is a standard cassette mechanism. There is a full awning, again a bit old and tired, and could do with some stitching around the front. Also, one of the pads used to attach the pole to the caravan body has gone…
