ABI AWARD SUNSTARThis is a 4 Berth model with end dinette which converts to single bunks, and a main lounge area which can either be used as 2 singles or converted into a large double.We bought this van a few years back as an introduction to caravaning and have now outgrown it. When we initially bought the van it was old and tired and so we have slowly renovated/upgraded the interior with new paintwork and reupholstered cushions to the front.The van tows lovely, and behaves as it should on the road. I have covered quite a few miles with her in our time owning her and she has never given any cause for concern.The Tyres were changed in 2018 and are still like new today and the brakes were all fully rebuilt last year by a mechanic.All the lights in the van have been upgraded to LED lighting and USB socket plugs added to the existing sockets. I had the gas fire removed and professionally capped off as we couldn’t vouch for its safety and replaced it with an electric heater instead, which warms the van in no time.The sink and pump all works as it should providing water with a good pressure to the sinks.This caravan will sell with a full length awning which is again older (it came with the van when we bought it), but still perfectly serviceable and water tight, and includes a breathable ground sheet.Any questions…
