Hi welcome to this auction for our Abi summerbreeze static caravan,All electric appliances and central heating no gas 12ft by 36ft 20146 berth but sleeps 8 3 bedrooms 1 double, 2 rooms with 2 single beds and a sofa bed in the front room which is also a double so sleeps 82 bathrooms one with a walk-in shower , we purchased last year but being from Manchester it’s begun impossible to get up as much with work commitments so with a heavy heart it’s up for sale, caravan is located on Hoburne Devon bay in Paignton south Devon, the park has everything you need and can be seen on there website at hoburne.com, Around the area within a 10 minute drive there’s supermarkets foodshops beaches the zoo absolutely loads.we bought everything new just before last Xmas , will come with everything you need 40” smart tv all kitchen appliances and utensils all bedding, outdoor rattan set absolutely everything you need, all sales need to go through the park so will post there number to complete the sale they offer finance packages and park fees etc, caravan is in excellent condition can supply a cleaner etc You can call the park and ask to speak with Jayne or Ross from sales our caravan is A15 Avocet rise
