In excellent condition for year comes with electric hookup, fresh water and waste water containers, there is no awning or leisure battery, the van is bone dry and clean, the fire does not work and therefore there is no hot water, it worked 2 years ago when I bought it so sure it will be an easy fix for someone who knows what they are doing, the kitchen tap lever has broken off but this doesn’t affect use also the skylight fly screen is held on with tape these are the only known issues with the van which is now 22 years old. It was bought already sited by myself at Middleton Sands, Morecambe and will need collecting from there, you will need to bring the tools required to wind the legs up as I don’t have them. Should you prefer to keep it on site I would recommend you speak to the site directly, last years fees were £1360 and they are not transferable.
