ABI Award prestige 3/4 berth caravan Unfinished project 75% finishedThis is a very spacious van with a super king size bed at the front and a single bed/ dining area to the side (there is a loose bunk that can be installed if you wish to do so to create a bunk bed set up) and a big bathroom.All the cushions are in good condition and are usable. All the cupboards are painted in chalk white paint.The whole front end of the caravan has been reboarded , unfortunately inside the a couple of the cupboards there is previous damp markings.A new kitchen work top has been fitted and new boards on the floorThe original fridge, sink and boiler ect are all still installed,The bathroom back wall could do with some attention/ replacing as previous damp has damaged the wall but it isn’t essential before using/ towing. The kitchen will need looking at as the sink, hob and tap need installing but all the necessary pipes are in place. (Brand new hob) A lot of time and money has gone into this van. Please note there are no keys to the van but the van is open, locks will need replacing for hatch’s ect.We can hold this until after Christmas but we will need a 50% deposit.
