Hi and welcome to my Auction of my Caravan We have owned this van for over 8 yrs and it has served us well, we are only changing as we need a 4 berth This van has the L shaped lounge with the portrait window and end bathroom the seating area pulls out to house a very large bed. you could sleep 3 people in the van (2 on the bed, 1 on the other seat) which is what we used to do when the kids were younger. The Van has been in Dry storage for the entire time we have owned it it was kept in a Barn (North Devon), We used the van 3/4 times a year a week a time during summer, I have brought the van back to Walsall West Midlands over 200 miles and it towed faultlessly i would tow it again another 200 if needed. The van does show a small sign of damp please see bathroom pic (we noticed it after we purchased it) i re sealed the roof were the rear panel meets, there are no other signs of damp and it does not smell at all the inside of the roof has gone soft but its bone dry i would say the spot is around 6 inches in diameter, it hasn’t leaked since but we have kept it dry stored for the last 8yrs, we never used the shower as we used the on site facilities. The water also does not work it…
