FOR SALE 19 FOOT 4 BERTH ABI “NORTHSTAR” CARAVAN. I purchased this caravan August 2018 for the sole use as an extra bedroom which is now not required. I purchased it from a registered caravan sales company and was told that it was in full working order. The layout of the caravan consists of double bed at the front and 2 singles in the centre with the shower toilet and dressing room at the far end. There is hot and cold water central fire and hot air central heating. None of the appliances have been used apart from the fridge so the sale is as seen. The inside is in good condition for its age and there are no known leaks, there is a sign of a damp patch on one front corner which has now been sealed, there is evidence of prier sealing in parts on the outside which seem to be sound. A dehumidifier has been used through out its use with me so the van is dry. The caravan was first registered 26-10-94 and the outside is in good condition for its age but as you would expect there are a few dings.The wheels have been removed to protect the tyres while standing which are almost as new. I have tried to give an accurate account of the caravan and I am selling as seen.
