Listing is for our Abi monza 400 caravan. We have owned this from 2017 and it has served us great in that time as a cheap family caravan. It’s getting on a bit now as it dates back to 1993, so does have age related issues, but is still fine to use and is ready to go. We are just selling as our boys are a bit too big now to share the bed in it. Will list out the good and the bad below:Good:Replaced both rooflights in 2017.Tyres replaced in around 2019.New leisure battery just over a year ago.Compact size and weight for a 4birth, 900kg weight so most cars can tow this, length is around 5metres (including hitch)and width 2metres so has been able to sit on our drive.No known water leaks.Has been covered for past couple of winters with a breathable cover(can come with if owner wants, bit worn out now)It’s crisis registered and I have the certificate to pass onto new owners.Fridge works on electric 240v when used last year, have never tried on gas supply, however advise on servicing.Hob, oven and gas heater were working last year when last used, again recommend servicing.Toilet works fine, comes with chemicals aswell.Water works, as this is an old basic van, only has cold water supply, comes with two whale pumps( one…
