You are bidding on a ABI Montrose 31 x 12 Static Caravan.I have put the caravan down as spares and repairs as there is a small leak when it rains in the bathroom ceiling and kitchen ceiling, and the sink in the kitchen has come apart from bowl underneath. I did also convert the water heating to electric but that has now broke too.The caravan will have all the furniture removed as the photos were taken whilst i was still living in there. It does have laminate floor from the kitchen throughout the living room and as i ripped out the would be second bedroom the living area is very large. The caravan will be left with the wood burner which i have installed (once lit and full i was getting 32 degrees in the middle of winter!)
