ABI Montrose 28ft x 12ft static caravan. Bought to live in while we extended our home, we lived in it from November to August with no issues completely dry. Working boiler, gas oven and hob, gas heater, shower and toilet. Fridge and microwave included. 1 x double bedroom and 1 x single bedroom.Please note the double bedroom floor has some weak spots and will need boarding out or some plywood laid. It’s is functioning now but will need replacing quite soon. It is a little tired in places and the living room carpet could do with replacing but it is perfectly functional and would sit someone doing a home build project or as short term accommodation or even as a project.Please contact me with any questions.
