This caravan has been owned by us for 20 years and used until this year and now we no longer need it.Caravan appears to have solid exterior and chassis, making it perfect for a renovation project/makeover. Though old and tired, it is ‘ready to go’ with Awning, ground sheet, pegs; water barrels, waste barrel, gas bottle and 2 tables.Caravan commensurate with its age (around 1994). Working oven, fridge, fire, hob, grill, hot water.Has damp in toilet wall due to using the shower and around window and some markings on the walls from condensation due to us briefly living in it recently whilst our house was worked on. Doesn’t let water in.Kitchen tap just been replaced with a new one (so different to picture)Couple lights not working.Some slide ‘window stays’ need replacing though this does not affect window use.Listed as a 4 berth but it was originally a 5 berth. We have removed the bunk bed making it a 4 berth. Please feel free to view before bidding. Perfect renovation project.
