Caravan is in good dry, damp free condition.upholstered and cleaned. Sleeps 4 with two double beds, 2 seating areas & lots of under bed and cupboard storage. Tyres in new condition, electrics, water and cooker work fine. Come with gas bottle. Portaloo not included. Does have a few bumps and dents but over all outside is in damage free condition, but could do with some tlc. We do not recommend to tow, axel needs replaced this would be fine for storage/for guests or for someone with the time to replace.Conectors to vehicle and rear lights work. We no longer need this, but need the space in our drive nice little van.
