ABI Marauder 450S 5 berth Caravan 1989This is a light weight 685kg unladen and max 900kg laden weight caravan.Additional extras over the standard fridge, cooker and fitted gas heater are as follows.- Fitted with a Carver Cascade 2 hot water system so hot and cold running water in kitchen and bathroom/shower room. Runs off 240V mains immersion or off gas and 12v battery supply when no 240v available.- Isabella Statesman awning and ground sheet.- 240v electrics fitted with sockets fitted around the van.- Status TV aerial and amplifier fitted.- Double bed down front end and up to 3 more beds available down back end separated by pull across curtain.- extras: aqua roll water barrel and waste water containers, spare wheel mounted under retractable mount under van, microwave, step, bulldog stabilizer.- 13kg Propane bottle (fits in side door of van) just re-filled and unused.We have had this caravan for 21 years and it has been the best thing we ever bought and has had a lot of use. The van is totally dry. The bad points are the general wear and tear associated with a lot of use. There are numerous small dents and scratches to the body. The rear lights are cracked and should be replaced. The upholstery is original and in good condition however the base material holding it around the cushions needs replacing.
