Welcome to the auction for our caravan.This has been on a seasonal pitch at Ingoldmells for several years but was brought home each year for upgrades and maintenance. We have finally ‘took the plunge’ and bought a holiday-home at Ingoldmells so our faithfull tourer needs to move-on.It is a 24’6″ twin axle ABI Manhattan (manufactured in 2000) that was originally a six berth caravan.We removed the rear bunks and installed two fixed single beds with full size (width and length) matresses which is shown in the pictures. The addition of a small unit, sockets, TV outlet and lighting means this room is a separate bedroom that you can leave ‘made-up’ without needing to re-arrange cushions or bunks. The down-side is that the caravan now has only 4 beds but you can use the awning bedroom for the other two berths.The floor has been replaced throughout with 13mm marine-ply as the creaking floor was becoming annoying at night. We took the opportunity to fit 8mm underlay and new carpet at the same time. This means the caravan has a floor just like your house !The main ‘bonus’ with this caravan is the awning setup.The awning is a 2016 Dorema Garda Delux with the upgraded 28mm steel poles.
