Abi Leisure Homes Static Caravan 12ft x 38ft. Has 3 bedrooms 1 master double and 2 smaller doubles that can be separated for singles. It also has the advantage of having the main sofa in the front that transforms into another double bed, so this static has the potential to sleep 8 people comfortably. It has a new boiler that was fitted around 3/4 months ago. Large lounge and a separate dining area. Has a large kitchen that comes with a fridge. Previous owner removed the oven but i may have one spare if the buyer is interested but not definite. Has a roomy bathroom with a shower but will need the flush unit looking at as the cover is a bit dodgy, and will also require a new window Handle as shown in the picture as its missing. The static is sat upon tidy grippy tyres and a solid chassis. The static is no means the best but is in good condition for its age, just need a couple pieces sorting if your fussy.
