Abi Jubilee Viceroy 1995 4 berth caravan in good condition – would make a good project for someone.The kitchen area has previously been removed to make more space, and there are signs of damp from where the rain has come in through the vents behind where the fridge had been, and the Skylight/Roof Vents (x2) could do with being replaced along with the caravan upholstery. Caravan is otherwise damp free and totally liveable.There is a 2KW oil heater, mini fridge and small oven with two hobs that is included in sale – all less than a year old.The caravan has a single axle which is in good condition with exterior electrics also in good working order (not sure about all internal electrics). Wheels are also in good condition and it has recently been towed from Cumbria to its current location, Fort William, Scotland so it’s definitely tow/road worthy.There is no toilet or shower, but it would be ideal for pitching somewhere with toilet/shower facilities. I’ve been using the caravan myself as a home while I’ve been working in Scotland but as I don’t drive, and the work here has ended it’s time to sell.Must be able to collect from Glen Nevis in Fort William, Scottish Highlands by Sunday 3rd November.
