Rear bedroom has been used as an office but makes a large flexible space.
Faults
-Plumbing water supply removed as was hassle to maintain
however is all there to be reinstated if desired.
-Gas untested, did work in past but not used.
-Plastic external trim damaged in places as shown in pictures.
-Some damp hence listed spares and sold as seen. Has been resealed after being out last Winter. It is good condition for its age and will do well for a few more years with some ongoing maintenance.
