1992 caravan, 1 owner, with original owners handbook and CRIS registered from new. Unused for around 15 years and will need a clean and re-commission before use. Selling as part of a deceased estate so sold as seen and buyer to remove.Good points are it’s really clean inside, doesn’t smell damp. Also includes what I assume is an awning which is in a bag inside the van. Also includes touring equipment such as calor gas butane bottle, hook-up cable, water containers, step etc.Fridge is clean and the van also has gas heating. Bad points that I can see are the exterior obviously needs a good scrub having stood for so long, the front window internal seals need replacing (but don’t let in rainwater). There is a small amount of water damage below the back window, and on the bathroom wall (see pics) . The door doesn’t lock and the clip that holds it open is broken. The trim on the rear panel is loose. Also a couple of the cupboard doors don’t stay shut as the latches are broken.All the appliances, lights and equipment are untested.Collection from Wigston LE18
