ABI Jubilee Emperor 4 Berth Caravan 1993:Selling this caravan for spares or repairs as there are a few issues with it, including damp. This has been used for family holidays for the past few years and is clean and tidy inside. Features seating area to the front which turns into a small double bed and a small dinette area at the back which turns into bunk beds. Bathroom area with toilet and sink – the toilet and taps work, although we’ve never used the warm water tap and the flow isn’t very powerful.Kitchen area with sink and working taps, working fridge and hob and grill. There are the usual storage cupboards/small wardrobe section.ISSUES:There are damp stains appearing in all corners of the caravan (see photos) – we believe this to be from the leaking awning rails which would need taking off and resealing.We replaced the bathroom skylight as the old one was leaking, although this has dried out and we haven’t had any further problems the roof has softened.One of the opener bars one of the front windows has broken so would need replacing.The window fly screens are all broken so…
