Been use as an office for the last year. But is now no longer needed. Still has all its plates , cutlery, pots an pans, microwave , hoover and tv with it. It needs a bit of fixing if your taking it touring. But tyres hold air. Has a double bed at the front and a single at the back. Electric hook up comes with it and all works. The fold down sink in the bathroom was taken out at it was pointless. It will have a gas’s bottle in the locker that’s about half full. Gas heater definitely works but fridge and water heater I have never tried. But it’s not a bad thing. Cheap caravan to do up or use as an extra room. Buyer to collect York yo62 area.
