1987/88 touring caravan. Only 2 previous owners. Service history. Galvanised chassis in good condition. New tyre on LHS. Other tyre has very little wear.Still in very good order. Dry (only back of cupboard gets a little damp if van left outside over the winter.) Window and door seals in very good condition. Gas heater/cooker/fridge – supply from cylinder (empty cylinder included) – Gas pipes will need servicing before use. Heater/cooker/fridge untried by us as van was purchased to use only occasionally for weekend events. Washroom has potential for shower but never used. Fold down washbasin. Chemical toilet – stores in recess to allow showering. ( Spare chemical toilet and toilet additive included) Water pipes will need servicing before use.All seat cushions have been recently steam cleaned. Curtains have been laundered.Plenty of storage space.Buyer to collect once payment cleared.
