In excellent condition for its age. Previous owner had it from new in 1996 and had it regularly serviced. I’ve owned it 3 years and it had new tyres all round before they sold it, including the spare. It has hot/cold water system inc. shower. Cassette type toilet. # way fridge, gas cooker etc. There is thermostatically controlled electric fan heater when hooked up to mains. Built in alarm and radio. It comes with many of the extras you’ll need inc awning, gas bottle, water containers etc. Still has all the original hand books etc for the appliances. There is no sign of water getting despite some of the recent heavy rain .The lay out with corner seating gives much more floor space NB, some old evidence of damp in cupboard but think this is caused by steam from shower as no sign of water getting in from outside. Also the gas heater doesn’t work – we’ve never needed it as the electric fan is more than warm enough even in a British October.Only selling as we no longer use it.
