1997 ABI Dalesman 520 4 Birth Caravan with small Porch AwningGood old caravan, served me well, only selling due to upgrade.5.2 Meters long, Tows well, just over a ton in weight.Seats make double bed at front & bunk beds in the middle.Bathroom at rear.Blow air heating Gas or Electric.Cooker, Fridge and all lighting in good working order.Small solar panel fitted (30w) it is on a plug so easy to remove if not required.Points to mention:-This is a old Caravan so there are small scuffs and scrapes as you would expect.Hot Water not Working, bypassed so cold water still works. (Was leaking from Boiler)Wastes water pipe split underneath caravan, requires strategic positioning of waste water container.Needs a bit of a clean, not been used since September, (internal pictures taken today)All the above has not bothered me but trying to be as accurate as possible.Collection From Rugeley, STAFFS.Any Further information required please ask.Happy Bidding……..
