Hi and thanks for looking at my caravan.As you can see from the photos, I would say in my opinion, the caravan is in excellent condition for a 1997 caravan.There is no signs of damp at all and has no nasty smells ie smokers, pets or damp.All the appliances work as they should. It is very lightweight and easy to tow. The overall shipping length is 17 foot 4 inches and the width is 7 foot 1 inch.
