Hello…we are having to sell our caravan as campsite it was kept on has now closed down and I’m not looking to tour with it (reluctant sale).Abi Brooklyn 520/4 berth 2000 model.We have had it for about 2 years,but it has been sat on a permanent pitch for the last 8 years. I think this is the first time it’s been moved in 8 years so could do with a once over/some tlc if your planning on touring with it,ie tyres/brakes/lights( hence low starting price)Although it did tow home alright, about a 20 mile drive.There is some damage to the front r/h corner that’s been patched up at some point, and the tyres could do with replacing as both are cracked where it’s been sat up.Shower works fine but tap has been tied up as it leaks a bit into shower tray if put back into hole (leaky pipe fitting needs replacing if bothered).one catch on main sky light is broken off,but still works ok (I have a new pair to go on).I’ve only ever ran fridge on electric so don’t know if it works on gas.Every thing else is tidy and works fine.Ive recently fitted a new leisure battery, new gas bottle and a new electric water heater element.It comes with spare tyre (as new never been fitted),electric hook up-lead,small porch awning,clean water pump & butt,waste water butt, small step,pots/pans/cutlery and a wheel lock/hitch lock.Worth coming to have a look if your after a cheap caravan. “Sold as seen”…
