Hi and welcome to the auction of our family caravan. It is with regret that we are selling this van as we love it but have simply outgrown it now there are 5 of us. It’s a 1998 ABI award tristar fully cris registered and I’m the second owner from new. It has the benefit of full leather interior fitted from new and still in excellent condition. Comes with a full Dorema awning with lightweight poles and it’s the acrylic type roof not canvas. Also including a porch awning that is still quite roomy. Water and waste cans plus a step and awning carpet. Last year I had to have the awning rails professionally removed and some of the timber work behind it replaced as it had started to let a bit of damp in. Fully repaired to a high standard any inspection on this is welcomed. It’s only been used twice since it’s last full service. 2brand new tyres last year only been out on the road once with these on. Alko stabiliser towing hitch. Gas and electric powered hot water system and fridge. Only points that need slight attention are a couple of cracks in the plastic cover round towing hitch but has never bothered me to be honest. Slight crack in the shower tray but again we do t use the shower so not bothered us. Kitchen tap makes it’s nind up weather it comes on or not. It had all new cartridges last year so I’m guessing it’s just an air lock…
