Twin axle 5/6 birth. I’m selling my beautiful caravan ‘Clarence’. Clarence is full accommodation for a family and ready to go on your hols. Positives…It’s been well looked after. New carpet last year. No soft spots in the floor. Gas Central heating and hot and cold water system all working. As is the 3 way fridge. Gas cooker, grill, oven. Almost everything is as it should be. Tows perfectly. New tyres all round. Breaks in perfect working order. Separate bedroom with sliding partition. New dolphin water pump. New battery. Negative’sThe mains 240v water heater works intermittently. Not sure if that’s a bad connection or a fuse. Curtains have damp stains from condensation. A few signs of normal wear and tear.
