caravans for sale.Here we have my dad’s 4berth Northstar caravan. Only just picked up from storage where it has been for several years. Exterior lights all work, brakes and handbrake good. Tyres good. Tows really well after a 30 mile trip.Bad points…damp. normal stuff around the front windows caused by sealant deteriorated.this has caused damp to the ceiling edges and behind seats. Skylight was broken and has let in water onto edges of roof.we do have a new skylight to go in. Some damp at rear. Floor appears OK but slight spongey near the kitchen area.Good points. Unusual l shape lounge area with seperate dining area. Doesnt smell. Exterior very good apart from piece of plastic broken on draw bar and a crack in rear light unit. Upholstery and curtains are good. Blackoutblinds and nets are good. All windows are good. Hook up and electrics all work as does the fridge hob etc Heating working.Gas hot blown air all over caravan including bathroom.Van also comes with every key needed, gas bottles, spare wheel. Jockey wheel motor mover all working. Security locks.Awning lowers, chairs, water rollers and waste roller and a 3 man tent. Either repair or use for spares. TO BE COLLECTED BEFORE 10TH JUNE
